Maintenance Accounts
Our current maintenance accounts include Panera Bread and Smithfield Chicken ‘N BBQ locations. We use a combination of cleaning tooling that includes a de-ionization continuous water feed system, and hard water stain polishes. We’ve also taken on post construction projects including Discount Tire. We clean window and door seals and frames at all of our locations.
Commercial and Residential
We often care for whole house washes, annual parking lot curb cleanups, and dumpster area cleaning and sanitization. One project that stood out is the cleaning of all the sidewalks of an entire subdivision in Guilford County, NC. This required the use of commercial grade surface cleaners and the use of fire hydrant adaptors to supply the needed water for our large water capacity mobile pressure washing rig.
Gutter Deep Cleaning
These accounts included heavily neglected gutters with rooted foliage. Our cleaning services included removing debris by hand and with power equipment and using pressure washers to blast free clogged down spouts and composted leaves. We also removed and re-installed gutter guards when necessary to properly clean gutters. We clean up thoroughly after ourselves also.
